Inner Peace Workshop

Inner Peace Workshop Monday 1st September 7pm
Come and join us in the yoga barn for a session to re-establish your connection to Inner Peace.
We’ll be using a mixture of Chi-Kung, Meditation, Breath Work and other techniques to find stillness.
Absolutely no experience necessary.
What we do will be easy to follow but at the same time offer a profound experience beyond our day-to-day existence. Turn up and Tune in.
