This in-person event will take place at the Beaubien Woods Picnic Pavilion 1, where you can immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings and take part in various wellness activities.
Reconnect with nature through the joy of journaling, painting, dancing, singing, chanting and meditation to nature walks and mindfulness exercises, this event is designed to help you connect with nature and prioritize your well-being.
