Join us for an unforgettable outdoor kettlebell session on the lakefront. Whether you're brand new to the bell or a seasoned lifter, this class is all about movement, community, and having a damn good time in the sun.

Coaches Dom and Nate will lead you through a powerful, beach-friendly workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and help you move better—all with the vibe only a lakeside kettlebell crew can bring.

Bring water, sunscreen, and your A-game. Let’s make this one to remember!

Pre-workout checklist:

1. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early before class starts.
2. Bring a water bottle.
3. Feel free to bring your own kettlebell! The more, the merrier.
