Special Fusion Movement Class with Coach Cescilia West and Meghan Olivia:

Class description:

The Fusion Movement Class is a 45-minute indoor session led by Coach Cecilia West. It combines elements of yoga, pilates, and sculpt, with a focus on stretching, strengthening, and reconnecting through mindful movement and breath. The goal is to offer a full-body experience that encourages presence and intentional movement in a community setting.

This class will also include a closing sound bath led by Meghan Olivia, to help participants relax and ground themselves after the physical practice. The session will be accompanied by a live DJ, and light refreshments and hydration will be provided to all class attendees.
