You’ll be guided through a gentle, energetically boundaried experience of cord cutting - clearing lingering attachments that may still be draining, looping, or keeping you tied to something that no longer fits. Whether those cords are linked to people, memories, beliefs, or past versions of yourself, this is an invitation to release what no longer belongs.

We’ll move through:

• Breathwork to activate your energy body and open the field
• Guided energy meditation to locate and release cords
• Reiki (hands-on or hands-off - your choice) to support energetic clearing and assist in releasing what no longer serves
• Gentle sound to anchor and integrate the process
• A symbolic ritual: what’s ready to be released is placed in water to dissolve, as healing sound supports the clearing and energetic unbinding
