Sweat w/ F45 DePaul

Join #F45DePaul for a free outdoor workout at Lincoln Common on Saturday, June 7th from 9:30–10:15am!

Get ready for 40–45 minutes of heart-pumping endurance and resistance training—no equipment needed, just your body and your drive. We’ll kick things off with active stretching, jump into a dynamic bodyweight workout, and wrap with a cooldown to help you recover right.

Bring a yoga mat (required), plenty of water, and some electrolytes to stay fueled. Come early, stay late, and meet our fabulous team of certified coaches—friendly, knowledgeable, and fiercely passionate about helping you crush your fitness goals.

This class will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is required to bring your own mat.
