Join us this month at The Insect Asylum for a one-of-a-kind animal yoga experience featuring Hazel, our gentle senior opossum, and Elvis, our ever-charming and chatty macaw. In this joyful blend of movement and nature, you’ll have the rare opportunity to practice yoga alongside two of our most beloved animal residents—furry and feathered alike.

As you enter our cozy, nature-inspired studio, you'll be greeted by the soft rustle of feathers and the curious gaze of Hazel as she shuffles around. The session begins with a grounding meditation, inviting you to settle in and connect with the vibrant energy of the space. From there, our experienced yoga instructor will guide you through a gentle flow designed to support all skill levels—with poses that encourage deep breathing, mindful stretching, and quiet reflection.

Throughout the class, Hazel may wander by for a sniff or a snuggle, while Elvis might serenade you from his perch. Their delightful personalities bring a sense of wonder and unpredictability to your practice, reminding us to stay present and open-hearted.

Preparation:

• What to Bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, water bottle, and an open mind.
• Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your space and prepare for the session.
