Sound Bath @ CCPH with Journey_With_Metanoia

Join us for a Sunday evening of Sound Healing, Community and Herbal Support July 13th 3:45-6PM.

Please arrive before 4pm and bring your own blankets, pillow, comfortable clothing (mats provided). Following the 75 minute sound bath we will have herbal refreshments from The Chicago Center for Psychophysical Healing Ph*rm*cy grown at The Glastonbury Institute in Culver, IN. We look forward to sharing sacred space with you all! This is an intimate event and seating is limited.

The resonant frequencies of sound healing instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes, have been scientifically proven to stimulate these brainwave patterns.
