Smart Comedy for Dumb People Can Get!

Join us for an early evening/late afternoon of eclectic stand-up comedy by three nerdy comedians. This show will not contain any farts or boners, although there will be one tit (it’s a kind of bird). If you’re tired of low-brow generic comedy, try some clever jokes for clever folks.

Comedy Central’s Laugh Riots winner Robert Mac headlines the “Smart Comedy for Dumb People Can Get!” show. His brilliantly stupid act has been called “stupidly brilliant” and he performs at comedy clubs and festivals around the world. He has not ONE, not THREE, but TWO Dry Bar comedy specials as well.

Also performing is former cubicle-dweller Sofia Javed, a Chicago-based comedian who has done nerd work in Uzbekistan, Uganda, the United States, and other places that start with U. (It’s complicated!) Starting the show is local favorite / comedy guru / Onion contributor Diya Basrai. All the performers wear glasses, and they are just as scared of you as you are of them.
