Sacred Sister Breathwork

Join us for an evening of breath, connection, and self-discovery in my home sanctuary in the heart of Logan Square. This is a space lovingly created for women to come together in sisterhood—to breathe, to feel, and to be held in a small and intimate container of deep trust, care, and belonging.

Here, you do not have to be or do anything. All of you is welcome—exactly as you are. This is a sanctuary where your breath becomes a bridge to inner revelation, a place where you are supported in exploring the depths of your being with tenderness and curiosity.

Our journey begins with thoughtful preparation—grounding into our bodies, establishing safety, and softening into presence before we activate the breath. Afterward, we take time to integrate, to land gently, and to nourish ourselves with warm conversation and wholesome snacks, lingering in cozy togetherness until we feel complete.

In this circle, hearts open, energies align, and each woman's presence becomes a source of strength, weaving a deeper connection to self and the collective sisterhood.

This is more than a breathwork session—it is a return to the wisdom within, a remembering, a homecoming.

• Chap Stick
• Item(s) for the Altar

I kindly ask that you come on time, completely sober, and have your last meal 2 hours before the event.
