We’ll breathe, move gently, and release what’s been stored—offering our bodies the rest, rhythm, and compassion we deserve in this season.
💛 This space lovingly centers the experiences of Black women navigating perimenopause and menopause, while holding an open door to all who feel called to join us in rest and reflection. You are welcome here. 💛
