Located in the upper abdomen, the solar plexus chakra governs our sense of self, willpower, and inner strength. When balanced, we experience confidence, motivation, and a clear sense of purpose and direction. Through guided meditation and immersive sound healing with gong and singing bowls, we'll release self-doubt and ignite our personal power.

Where do I park?
There's free parking in the building's lot or street parking available. To get to the building's lot, park on the East side of the building (past the red statue). To enter, walk around to the back, there's a black ramp with a statue at the top.

Do I need meditation experience?

Nope. Beginners, skeptics, and seasoned practitioners all welcome.

What if I fall asleep?

Perfect. Your body is receiving exactly what it needs.

Can I leave early?

We ask that you commit to the full experience, but life happens. Exit quietly if needed.
