Join Elena Lypnytska, founder of Full Circle Studio in Bucktown, for an all-levels outdoor Pilates class designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and deeply connected. Elena’s intuitive, personalized teaching style blends classical Pilates with modern movement techniques, creating an accessible experience for every body - whether you’re a seasoned mover or brand new to Pilates.
Set against the enchanting backdrop of the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, this mindful movement practice will focus on core strength, stability, breath, and body awareness, inviting you to leave the class feeling centered and refreshed.
The Lily Pool will be closed to the public until 9:30am, creating an exclusive and serene environment for this special class. The main entrance on Fullerton Ave will close at 8:40am to maintain privacy and peace.
