Sonnets and Sonics is a divine collaboration of writing and sound meditation. This is your invitation to dream, imagine, reflect and give reverence to your life. Come find your calm, bring a friend (or many!) immerse yourself in soothing vibrations and experience a creative event like no other. Writing guided by Nile Lansana and Sound Meditation guided by Mecca Elevated.
What’s provided: Water, Writing tools
Bring: Yourself, Open heart and mind, mat, additional writing tools or anything you feel you may need to get comfy while sitting on your mat (shoes off for extra comfort)
