Drumming has been a part of the community experience throughout history. Modern day people have rediscovered the power of joining with others in a shared music making experience. Music increases the immune response, expresses emotion, stimulates the brain, and nurtures the spirit.
This wellness activity will be led by a music therapist and does not require musical training. A $10 donation to benefit upcoming community events will be collected. RSVP here or contact Pat Harthun LCPC, MT-BC at (312) 835-7976. Space is limited.
