Hailing from Chicago, educator, beatmaker, and DJ, Hameedullah takes and blends from his disciplines to create music and experiences that are uniquely his own. Under his label Lunt and Oglesby, the artist’s passion for vinyl, DJ’ing, and electronic music is platformed and championed through his self-released projects, inventive programming, and YouTube content. A staple in Miyagi Records' community, hameedullah teaches and mentors Chicago's emerging DJs with their intro level 101 course.

Max Rose is a Chicago-born DJ who has been working at the legendary Gramaphone Records for the past 8 years. First inspired at a young age by the mesmerizing loops and dance music inspired soundtracks of Y2K era video games such as Bomberman Hero and Street Fighter III Third Strike, Max has continued his passion for seeking out inventive and eclectic sounds to play in sets. Musical influences range from the colorful synth pop of Yellow Magic Orchestra to the psychedelic ambient house sounds of The Orb. Outside of music, you can find Max illustrating in his free time as well, including drawings of his lovable cat Marona (as seen on the Gramaphone store hours sign). Come hang out and dance to a night of idiosyncratic and hypnotic house/techno grooves!
