Event Overview:
This roundtable aims to create a space for Latina CEOs and executives to share insights, challenges, and successes in their professional journeys. Together, we will explore strategies for empowerment, collaboration, and leadership in today's dynamic business landscape.

Association Latinos Workforce Trends Study identifies that most Latina/os hold the position of Manager in the association workforce.  Lean In Latinas’ research indicates that Latinas end up the least represented at the top: only 1 percent of C-suite executives in the corporate sector are Latina.  Our CEO Roundtable: Latinas Poderosas aims to highlight Latinas in the C-Suite within the association sector.  Attendees will learn about the career progression of the panelists, hear about their day-to-day management, challenges they face, and what resources they leverage. This session is designed to provide insight on how to map out a journey to the C-Suite and build a network with attendees.
