2025 Chicago Ducky Derby

Join the Chicago Ducky Derby, presented by Jewel-Osco, on August 7! The race begins at 1:00 PM and lasts about 30 minutes as more than 75,000 ducks splash down off the Columbus Drive Bridge and race to the finish.

Drop by Pioneer Court at 10:00 AM for our Derby Festival! 🎉 🐥 Enjoy food trucks, souvenirs, photo opportunities, live entertainment & more.

Winners will be picked as soon as the ducks cross the finish line. Need more ducks? Adoptions will be available until approximately 12:50 PM on race day (while supplies last). #ChiDuckyDerby
