• Please book your spot in advance as spaces are limited.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

🧘‍♀️ How to Prepare
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
• Bring your own water bottle, and any personal items you may need for comfort (e.g., shawl, journal, or cushion).
• All yoga mats and props are provided.
• We recommend coming with an open heart and without expectations. Each session is a unique journey.

If you have any health conditions, injuries, or special needs, kindly let teacher know in advance so we can support you accordingly.
