Tradtitional Kungfu w/ Giancarlo Chen

In this class we explore the traditional Chinese martial art known as Kung Fu from the perspective of Hung Gar, one of the styles from southern China. To achieve this goal we practice a fixed stance called mabu (horse stance) to strengthen our legs, hip and core. We also add breathing exercises, forms and combat applications.

The main objective of this class is to develop basic foundations on the art, mentally and physically, as well as giving the student tools to apply this concepts into any area of his life.

People from all levels and practitioners from other related disciplines are more than welcome to join. New and old students practice separately and based on their progress.
