Want to get into rugby but don’t know where to start? Join our Ready for Rugby sessions. These will be held from 6-7pm on Thursdays at The Box Stadium before our adult training for the next few weeks.

If you’ve wanted to give it a go but have been to any, this is for you! If it’s been a long time since you played, come down! If you just want to get fit and make friends, you’re welcome!

All you need to bring is clothes to exercise in and a positive attitude 👊
