This class is just that-a safe space to take care of your Nervous System for:
- stress relief and calming of the fight/flight pathways
- emotional balance
- improved memory
- toning of the Vagus Nerve
- mood regulation
- activating healing biochemistry (dopamine, oxytocin, seratonin, endorphins)
- healing and support for chronic stress symptoms and trauma
- a deep reconnection to your Self
This class consists of:
- somatic practices
- neuro-sensory exercises
- brain retraining exercises
- vagal toning exercises
- self-massage
- breathwork practices
...to tone your vagus nerve, reboot the nervous system and set it up for repair, rest and balance. Think of it as a deep, nourishing massage for your nervous system/brain that will leave you feeling grounded, deeply connected to your body and inner world.
This class is suitable for all bodies.
