A RETURN TO SAFETY: An embodied exploratory journey into the Nervous System
'We are wired for connection. Our nervous systems are social structures that find balance and stability in relationship with others. Our biology shapes the way we navigate living, loving and working.'
-Deb Dana
On this experiential, creative and interactive journey, we will take an embodied dive into the anatomy of the nervous system.
We’ll explore how experience creates patterns of connection or protection.
We’ll learn about the 3 branches of the nervous system-social engagement, fight and collapse-and how to recognize and resource them.
We’ll learn how to shape the nervous system in the direction of love, safety and connection.
