Tan Tra Course invites people to live with full intensity and engagement in the world. The aim is to integrate life, relationships, work, family, and profession into spirituality. This requires not only a new worldview, but also a methodology to restructure one's psychology, energy, perspectives, and inner attitudes. The goal is for our experiences in the world to become profound and soulful spiritual practices.
The course is divided into 7 modules. After the Introduction Module, we dedicate 7 weeks to exploring each of the 7 Chakras, diving deeply into the energy and essence of each one.

𝐈𝐫𝐢𝐬🌹 is a Yoga and Tan tra teacher based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She has a background in Philosophy, and Peace and Conflict Studies. After working in conflict resolution and peacebuilding in trauma centers worldwide, she became a tan tric massage therapist. For the past 7 years, she has been working as a Tantra teacher, offering courses, classes, and workshops in massage, Esoteric Tan tra Yoga, and Integral Esoteric Yoga for singles and couples, as well as dance empowerment courses for women.
