Yoga & Crafts for ages 5 - 10

This fun-filled monthly class is a kid favorite! Each 90-minute session invites children to explore yoga, mindfulness, and creativity through a playful new theme every month.

Kids will enjoy a joyful mix of movement and hands-on art. Each class includes:

A themed craft to take home

Active yoga-based games and playful flows

Calming mindfulness or relaxation to wrap things up

🎨 Our crafts are more than just cute—they build fine motor skills, spark creativity, and connect to the month’s theme in a meaningful way.

🤸 Through movement and yoga play, children develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination—while also learning to focus, manage emotions, and feel more confident in their bodies.

💜 Best of all? The sense of community. Many children return month after month to reconnect with friends and enjoy time in a welcoming space where everyone is encouraged to be themselves.
