Summer Yoga in the Park

Join Theresa Hansen ERYT this summer for yoga in Lions Park! We will meet on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Class will begin at 6:45 and end with the sounding of the bugles from base at 7:30 am.

Class is just $5! Bring cash or Venmo @THansen00.
Just as the sun is awakening Theresa will guide you through a 45 minute Vinyasa Flow to get your day started.

Please bring your own mat and dress in layers, some mornings can be chilly.

Following class walk on over to Central Cafe for a 20% discount. H
