Tweens and teens deserve a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect — with themselves and with others. This 90-minute monthly event offers just that: a chance to unwind, move, create, and explore self-care in a welcoming, judgment-free zone 💜
✨ What to Expect:
In a warm and encouraging environment, students build friendships, confidence, and a sense of belonging. We’ll start with mindful movement, including yoga sequences designed to help them feel strong, calm, and more at home in their bodies. No experience needed, and no pressure to be perfect — just a chance to tune in and move in ways that feel good.
🌱 Self-Care & Creativity:
The second half of class is all about exploring different ways to take care of ourselves. Each month features a new creative self-care activity, such as mindful art, journaling, breathwork tools, or DIY spa experiences, so students can build a personalized toolkit of self-care strategies.
💜 Why It Matters:
This class celebrates individuality. Whether your tween or teen connects most through movement, creativity, or quiet reflection, they’ll find space here to be themselves, express themselves, and feel seen. Our goal? To help them develop self-trust and life-long practices that support their well-being — on and off the mat.
