Here is a little more information about holotropic breathing if you are unfamiliar:
Experience an ancient practice renewed for modern healing. Through intentional breath, release stored stress and emotion held within the body. From physical trauma to emotional tension. Like animals that instinctively shake off distress, we too can restore balance through breath. In each session, no one tells you what to heal; your body knows the way.
Breathe deeply, let go, and awaken your inner calm.
You will be offered comfortable cushions to lay on, dress very comfy, come hydrated, and bring a blanket. Be prepared to be guided through a unique breathing experience.
Some side-effects including physical shaking, crying, hallucinations and the sudden urge to want to hug someone!
This event occurs directly after the Sangha Meditation from 9-10am, which is also FREE and open to the public.
