Settle into stillness and give your body and mind the chance to deeply rest. This gentle class uses props — bolsters, blankets, and blocks — to fully support you in cozy postures, held for several minutes at a time. The result is a practice that soothes the nervous system and invites a state of calm, ease, and full relaxation.
During class, Reiki will also be offered for those who are interested. Reiki is a form of energy work that helps to restore balance within the body, supporting deep relaxation and overall well-being.
💜 Class is intentionally limited to 5 participants to create a cozy, supportive atmosphere. While we’ll have props available, restorative yoga often uses lots, so please bring your favorites from home if you’re able.
