Join Theresa Hansen, ERYT and owner of Little Lotus Yoga for an hour long Vinyasa Flow followed by a delicious brunch in a beautiful space.

In the past we called this Sip and Stretch, the event returns with a new name, new menu options and the same great life enhancing yoga practice!

Theresa will guide you through a mindful and accessible practice to ease worry and stress and help you to regulate your emotions. Preparing you for the week ahead.

Following our practice enjoy a delicious brunch and bottomless mimosas. You will have the option to select from a brunch menu hand selected for our event, bottomless mimosa, 1 Bloody Mary or 1 beer.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a friend!
