Join Theresa Hansen, E-RYT, owner of Little Lotus Yoga at Blacktooth for an hour-long Vinyasa Flow Yoga Practice followed by a delicious, locally crafted pint of beer. Blacktooth has something for everyone's palate. Not drinking? They have sodas and a yummy NA margarita.

Theresa started these events as a way of bringing local businesses together under one roof to showcase what we have to offer in a unique way. Yoga by definition means to "yolk" or unite or to connect. This event does just that! We hope you will join us! Fostering community connections through yoga and beer. Just sounds like something great to get behind, would you agree?

This practice is suitable for all yogis (none of us are masters and what the heck you get a beer afterwards!) Theresa teaches in a way to meet you where you are so you can feel success in the practice.

Please bring a yoga mat and a friend.

Space is limited, pre-registration is encouraged. The next time you are in Black Tooth grab a ticket! Can't make it in prior to class? Tickets can be purchased the morning of the event.

Cost is $30. Includes one hour yoga practice and your first pint.
