Join me for a slow-paced, stretchy, feel-good yoga flow for beginners on Friday, April 25th at 4:30 pm.
*What to expect: After breath work and a stretchy seated warm-up, we will come into poses like tabletop, childs, downward dog, high lunge, warrior 2, and more, with modification options for beginners, moving at a slow, mindful, pace.*
