Join us for an empowering day of education on creating girls and women’s flag football programs for your organizations. The NJCAA will discuss grant opportunities and the future of the sport. Dr. Jen Welter, the first female NFL coach, will share best practices in coaching flag football through on-field drills and techniques tutorials to help you build a strong program. This event is geared towards recreation programs of all levels and junior college & college levels. Flag Football will be making its first appearance in the LA Summer Olympics!
