This Reiki Level 1 class is designed specifically for empaths, highly sensitive people, and those called to healing work. You’ll learn the foundational practices of Reiki—not just as a tool for helping others, but as a vital resource for grounding, clarity, and energetic sustainability.Together, we’ll explore:• Reiki techniques for self-healing and daily energetic support• How to set and maintain clear, compassionate boundaries• The art of helping others without depleting yourself• How to thrive as an empath while staying rooted in your own energyThis class is more than a certification—it’s a reclamation of your ability to care deeply without self-abandonment. You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed intuition, and a deeper connection to your own source of strength.This is a 2 day class, from 12-6pm both days.
