Winter Solstice Restorative Sound Bath & Meditation

As the longest night of the year invites us to turn inward, we gather to honor the quiet magic of the Winter Solstice—a time of deep rest, reflection, and the promise of returning light.

Immerse yourself in gentle renewal through Reiki-infused restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation. Gina will guide you through a series of supported restorative poses designed to melt tension, ground the body, and invite a sense of peaceful stillness—mirroring the calm of the season. Throughout the practice, be soothed by Jim’s live music and the healing touch of Chrissy’s Reiki energy, offering warmth and balance.

You’ll then be guided through a Yoga Nidra—a deeply restful journey between wakefulness and sleep, where you can release what is ready to fade and welcome in the quiet spark of new beginnings. We have mats, bolsters, and blankets available, but feel free to bring any extra cozy comforts you love—your favorite blanket, eye pillow, or anything that helps you sink into the stillness of this solstice evening.
