Mommy & Me Yoga & Music (90-Minute Special Class!)
Join us for a heartwarming and joyful 90-minute Mommy & Me Yoga & Music class—designed for moms (or any caregiver) and their little ones to connect, move, and make music together!
We’ll start with a playful yoga session led by Melissa from The Zen Den, blending movement, breath, and bonding time. Then, enjoy a fun and interactive music session led by Cassandra from Cassandra Williamson Music Studio, featuring rhythm games, singing, instruments, and joyful sounds!
This class is perfect for ages 5-12, but all littles are welcome. Expect giggles, wiggles, and lots of love.

Cost: $30 mom or caregiver + 1 child,
