Quick tutorial to learn to play the Tibetan singing bowls and then experience their power when played on the body. Take turns playing and having them played on your body in this fun, interactive class! $25 at the door or $20 pre-pay online at wellnessliving.com (for East Wind Acupuncture).
You should sleep like a baby and soothe your emotional body. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring some water along :)
