Sydne Jacques, CEO of Next Level Leadership, is an engineer turned professional speaker and consultant, known as "the engineer with a personality." Over her 30-year career, she built and sold one company and is currently building her second. Sydne has built an award-winning consultancy with an international reach, training more than 20,000 individuals and partnering with over 600 construction teams from Brazil to Japan and all across the US.

Sydne is passionate about advancing women in engineering and construction and serves as a mentor to many. WTS St. Louis will be ordering boxes lunches through St. Louis Bread Company. If you are interested in lunch, please select the option you would like to order and submit payment. If you would like to bring your own lunch, there is no cost for attendance. To be included in the lunch order, please purchase your ticket by Friday, June 20th, 2025.
