HIITSTEP
HIITSTEP

High intensity interval training, a great cardio workout using a stepper. Designed by The HIIT Company, ranging between 20-28 minutes work. Steps are available to hire with no extra charge. Own steps can be used during the workout. First class is £2. weekly cost is £4.

Payment; CASH OR BANK TRANSFER ON THE DAY IS PREFERABLE PLEASE, but I can take cad payment on the day, or pay at time booking.
