In the busyness of modern life, many women feel overwhelmed, isolated, or disconnected from themselves and their sense of purpose. We can get stuck, limited by the stories we carry and unsure how to move through life’s messier moments.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Gathered is a monthly circle for women to slow down, reconnect, and be supported by others navigating life’s complexity. Together, we create space to be seen, heard, and validated through intentional presence and shared humanity.
Designed with the lived experiences of cisgender women in mind, these sessions offer a supportive space for reflection, healing, and gentle connection.
Each circle is unique, and may include:
⭕️ Exercises to support self-inquiry and gain insight
⭕️ Ceremonial Cacao
⭕️ Guided Mediation
⭕️ Mindfulness
⭕️ Journalling
⭕️ Group Sharing (if you wish to)
⭕️ Time for quiet reflection
About Your Host –
Bronwyn is a Somatic Self-Leadership Coach working with an integrative, whole-systems approach to change. Her work supports people to understand what matters to them and to create sustainable shifts by working with the nervous system rather than against it.
Her approach is practical, embodied, and rooted in the belief that small shifts in awareness can open up greater clarity, ease, and choice across work, relationships, rest, and everyday life.
What to Expect –
Throughout the circle, herbal teas and light refreshments (gluten-free and plant-based) will be available.
Once the circle closes, around 9 p.m., there is no rush to leave the space. You are welcome to stay longer to chat, pull an oracle card, journal and drink tea.
Limited spaces are available. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.
