Free Immunization Clinic

💉📚 REQUIRED Immunizations for Rising 7th & 12th Graders 📚💉

IMPORTANT: Rising 7th graders must have their required immunizations completed before the first day of school. This is a Virginia state requirement — students will not be allowed to attend without them.

To help, the Chesterfield Health Department is hosting FREE immunization clinics for students ages 11+ in Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, and Powhatan.

🗓️ Clinic Dates:
• Wednesday, July 17
• Thursday, July 25
🕗 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

✔️ Bring your insurance card if you have one
✔️ No insurance? No problem — services are still free
✔️ Students under 18 must come with someone 18 or older
