Do you need help identifying your mystery object or archaeological treasure?

Come along and meet Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire's Finds Liaison Officer who is based at Derby Museum and Art Gallery.

Meghan will be on hand to provide an introduction to the Portable Antiquities Scheme, the Treasure process and explain her role within the Scheme. She will bring a handling collection so that attendees can handle typical objects recorded by the scheme and she can take in finds found by the public, in order to identify and record them on the Portable Antiquities Scheme database.

You are welcome to drop in and chat but to help manage numbers and make sure you secure a slot, bookings are advisable.
