Every last Monday of the month we go back to the 90’s at Mash Up Dance Fitness

The lights are out , the glow sticks are out I just need to see your Glow

Everyone welcome even the kids love it 🥰

Getting FIT , torching the fat , dancing in your trainers , no hang over THE DREAM NIGHT OUT and YES its a school night 🕺💃🪩

No need to book we have a large venue and space for all


7-8pm ( there is a bar also so if you wanna make a night of it 🍻)

Glow sticks provided but I need you to bring the energy & song 🎤🎶

Easy to follow and the best class to bring on a great mood 😍
