TODD DAY WAIT
Todd Day Wait is one of the last real American workhorses, pedal to the metal, troubadours by way of Missouri, to California, to New Orleans, and now Nashville. The original material of Todd Day Wait is highly influenced by early American folk, country, and blues music from the 1920s through the 1960s, embodying the spirit and authenticity of traditional American music.
Todd Day Wait, whom you may have heard of from his millions of spins on GemsOnVHS or WesternAF, writes and performs his own style of timeless country music. Harking back to Jimmie Rodgers, Willie Nelson, Wynn Stewart, and Kris Kristofferson, he keeps the spirit of country music alive. In 2009 he put all his earthly belongings on the curb and hit the road in his diesel shuttle bus fuelled by vegetable oil for a never-ending tour. From busking the streets of New Orleans to playing in the shadow of European castles to lighting up the honky-tonk dance floors in Nashville, Todd keeps it 60/50.
JACKSON WARD
Jackson Ward is a unique singer/songwriter and guitarist. Inspired by the old-school country sound, he's infusing it with a new sound/look and feel.
Jackson released his first full-length album in April, Live From The Barbershop, with his band of upright bass, mandolin and lead electric guitar.
SUSANNAH CLEGG
Susannah Clegg is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from the North West of England. "The Road Is Only Miles", her debut EP of original songs inspired by Americana and classic country music, alongside “spine-tingling” renditions of American roots standards, was released on 1st February 2025.
Her recent work as a solo artist is a powerful combination of impressive vocals, thoughtful lyricism and acoustic guitar, taking inspiration from the likes of Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Loretta Lynn and Townes van Zandt as well as contemporary artists such as Willie Watson, Sierra Ferrell and Gillian Welch to produce a timeless sound that takes in country, blues, soul, folk and western swing.
Susannah is also a key member of bluegrass and country string-band The Long Nights, who released their debut album in 2024 and have supported artists such as Karen Jonas, Rod Picott and Jaywalkers.
