This is a four week introduction to Mindfulness and meditation.
Awareness is intrinsic to all human experience and it can be systematically cultivated with minimal effort. Its enjoyable and anyone can do it.
Over the four weeks we will explore how to gradually recognise and deepen the innate qualities of mind that can lead to greater freedom from suffering and stress. Each week will build on the previous week to discover how to easily access the qualities of mind that enable us to change our relationship to experience in a gentle and loving way.
This can lead to successive levels of relaxation and ease that leads to greater awareness, relaxation, kindness, joy and inherent wisdom. The confidence that arises from discovering these qualities of mind, that are always present if you notice, can lead to greater levels of fulfilment, meaning and happiness. At the same time we can access resilience in the face of challenges and difficulty.
Anyone can meditate and it's really easy if you know how.
This is an invitation to learn how to master and navigate the storms of you're own mind and come into a more satisfying relationship with you're everyday experience.
