Welcome to our Intuitive Sound Journey event happening on Monday, 23rd June 2025 at 7PM. Join us at Suzie K for an evening of relaxation and self-discovery through the power of sound. This in-person event will guide you through a soothing sound journey combining gongs and other supporting instruments to induce deep meditation and relaxation.
Sound healing is a form of healing that uses different vibrations to heal the body, mind and spirit. It works on two principles: That different emotions vibrate at different levels, and that blocked, or unexpressed emotions are the main source of dis-ease. Sound healing works on healing the mental and emotional levels reducing stress, anxiety and depression. It aids relaxation and improves sleep improving overall wellness.
Come unwind, de-stress, and connect with your inner self in a welcoming and peaceful environment. No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore new sensations. We can't wait to see you there! Please wear comfortable loose clothing and bring a blanket/throw or sleeping bag and pillow. (whatever you need to make you comfortable.)
