In this guided workshop participants will be encouraged to focus on sound and also movement; listening watching and responding to build a collaborative piece – a sound and movement scape – composed and performed by and with the members of the group. 

Joanna Gaggero says "There are many benefits of taking part in Free Improvisation; encouraging trust in working with other people and responding to them allowing personal expression and choice making people can engage at their own level and best of all it's fun!"

Everyone is welcome! No skills or experience required. 

Musical instruments and props can be brought but are not required.
