In this creative workshop, we will practice mindfulness through intuitive mandala painting. By relaxing our nervous system and quieting our inner critic with a guided meditation and the healing sounds of ancient instruments and crystal singing bowls, we will tap into our creative self.
Come as you are, tune to your heart, drop the judgment, and leave with a memory for life- your own meditative mandala!
Cari of Creative Tools for Wellness and Jenni of Sunstone Sanctuary joined energy forces to guide you into a creative meditation that will immerse you into the land of senses- through the healing energy of Mandala painting and the soothing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes; creating space for you to find a deeper state of being.
