This Yin Yoga is unlike anything you have ever experienced!

Yin Yoga gently opens the body's energetic pathways — the same meridians used in acupuncture — encouraging somatic healing and release.

By combining Yin Yoga with acupuncture, we create an amplifying effect: the body becomes more receptive, the mind more still, and the healing more profound.

After the yin yoga portion, there will be an extended Shavasana where you will receive “The Gates of Budha” acupuncture treatment and Sound Healing. This is like three workshops experiences in one!

Most people find this experience deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and restorative.

Imagine a beautiful retreat space, a heart-opening playlist, holding deep stretches for 3-5 minutes while receiving hands on supportive care. Then softening into Shavasana as you receive a full body experience of acupuncture followed by restorative Sound Healing to close out the experience.
