Book Release Party: Salt House by Hazel Hawthorne

The long out-of-print novel by Hazel Hawthorne is being rereleased! Originally published in 1934, Salt House tells the story of a group of young artists and writers who spend their summers in the dunes of Cape Cod, based on Hawthorne’s own experience. Come by The Reading Room on Wednesday, May 28 at 6 pm to learn about this rediscovered author from Allison Bass-Riccio and the group of Cheshire Academy students who contributed to the research and archival work.
